Website Changes |

 |
 We are in the process of making some changes and upgrades to the website, including changing the hosting. Please bear with any problems, we're working on getting everything working as soon as possible.
UPDATE 5/1 - The new site is up and working. The forums and the raid calendar are located at www.fatesblade.org. Everyone should be using this site going forward.

Raid Calendar |

As of Saturday, January 19th it is REQUIRED that anyone who wishes to run kara must sign up on the guild raid calendar. I will post the link to the calendar here for those who do not yet have a working website login. I would still like everyone to get a website login.

new raid calendar at www.fatesblade.org. uses account info from Torsten's old calendar. only people who signed up in the last week will need to sign up again. (from 4/21 on )

Dueling Contest |

 Dranakwrites"We will be having a dueling contest on Sunday, July 21st. Anyone who wishes to participate needs to register with Darshiva by Sunday, July 14th. I've changed the domain name information on the site, and hopefully the problems will go away.
Important: If when the site loads you still see it as loading from 'www.tommythecat.net', then clear your cookies. The site is no longer routed through tommythecat.net, and I'm pretty sure that may have been cause for the problems. It fixed things on my browser at least =)

Upper Black Rock Spire Saturday |

The Edge of Fate's Blade will be running an Upper Black Rock Spire raid this Saturday (July 7th). Please see the GMOTD for information and time.
To prepare for the raid, there will be a few runs this week of Lower Black Rock Spire to allow some people to try to get the key for entry to UBRS. Not everyone requires the key to enter, but someone must have it for the group to enter.

UPDATE: Login problems |

The login problems I'm having are somewhat of a common issue, but the fact that it's inconsistant had been a stumper for me, as well as other people trying to help me. So far I've found some browsers work better than others at not having this problem, namely Opera and unfortunatly Internet Explorer; It seems Firefox and Safari are not cooperating.
What is stranger, is that this site is hosted along my personal site. You may have noticed the browser looking up 'tommythecat.net' while loading. My personal site works great, and is built on PhPnuke just like this one, so I'm even more confused. If anyone has any friends that are experts in PhPNuke that could help, that'd be great.

I think I've got the login loop problems taken care of, but I'm not 100% sure. I recommend clearing your cookies again, as the issue is with them. Please let me know of any problems.

Cookies Error |

I've been experiencing some problems with an infanite 'login loop', where the site is not keeping users logged in. After logging in, the next link you click, it asks you to log in again. I'm not sure if this error is on my end or the site's end, but it seems to clear up when you delete all your cookies in your browser. It also seems to be intermittent across different browsers (on one of my computers Internet Explorer works, and Firefox does not, on another it's the other way around).
I'm not sure what's causing the issue, but I'm trying to fix it. If you have this problem, send me ingame mail, as I want to know if it's on my end.
